Are you making people wear face coverings?
We are asking people to follow government guidance. This means guests must wear a face covering in shops, and in the rest of the centre too. Please plan ahead and bring a suitable face covering with you.
What happens if someone isn’t wearing a face covering?
It is mandatory to wear a face covering in shops and individual retailers will have their own policies on how to ensure compliance. In the mall areas, you are also required to wear a face covering and if you are not wearing one, you will be politely asked to do so – we do appreciate that there are reasons for exemption. Our staff in the mall areas will always continue to wear face coverings as we have done since 15th June.
I forgot my face covering. What now?
Some of our shops will be offering face coverings at their entrances, there are masks available for sale too, or alternatively you can speak to a member of our team for help.
Do I have to wear a face covering in restaurants or your food court?
You are not required to wear a face covering whilst eating in restaurants. However, please wear your face covering when you order food. While you are eating, your face covering must not be placed on the dining table.
I can’t wear a face covering. Will you make me?
Our teams are making sure they are knowledgeable about exemptions for those who are unable to wear a face covering. We want our destinations to be inclusive for all so if you are exempt from wearing a covering please let our centre teams know and we will offer assistance.
