Sub Cult deliver some of London’s best sandwiches. All their subs are made fresh to order using premium suppliers such as butchers Flock & Herd who supply grass fed, rare breed meats from small farms, with quality veg, dairy and sustainable seafood from Brixham; then premium coffee from Allpress to wash em’ down!
Their attention to detail begins with the bread: soft American deli-style sub rolls, freshly baked to a secret yielding bagel-brioche dough recipe for perfect consistency and flavour, then loaded with innovative ingredients. Scallops, truffles, you name it!
Appearing in Time Out and The Evening Standard’s – ‘London’s Best Sandwiches’ articles along with their two ‘British Street Food Awards’; Sub Cult have served everyone from pop stars to famous TV chefs from the hatch of their faithful old food van ‘The Soul Roller’ at Brockley & Maltby St Markets. Sub Cult’s journey to One New Change however began with a mere tent in Soho! Then came various pub and restaurant residencies, a pop up at Streetfeast and a shipping container at Boxpark. More recently they’ve collaborated with Michelin star chefs and appeared as judges on a famous cooking show to be aired later this year! The rest as they say is history.
