Pho was founded by husband and wife team Stephen and Jules Wall in 2005 after they travelled to Vietnam and fell in love with the country’s national dish: pho [pronounced ‘fuh’]. Specialising in great value Vietnamese street food, the menu includes delicious salads, wok fried noodles, fresh juices, Vietnamese beers and cocktails, and of course, a variety of different types of pho, an amazingly tasty and nutritious noodle soup.

The restaurant seats around 110 with cosy booth seating, tables of all sizes and shared benches all under some crazy Vietnamese style cabling, plus terrace seating offering a glimpse of St Paul's Cathedral.
