We want your shopping experience to be safe and stress-free, so we're putting in place a host of measures, in line with government advice, which we think will help.
We are asking people to follow government guidance in relation to wearing a face covering. The latest advice can be found here. This currently means guests must wear a face covering in shops, and in One New Change mall area too. Please plan ahead and bring a suitable face covering with you.
It is mandatory to wear a face covering in shops and indoor shopping centres so we will continue to work with law enforcement agencies to encourage all guests to follow guidelines. Our teams are making sure they are knowledgeable about exemptions for those who are unable to wear a face covering. We want our destinations to be inclusive for all so if you are exempt from wearing a covering please let our centre teams know and we will offer assistance.
You are not required to wear a face covering while eating in restaurants. However, please wear your face covering when you order food to take away. While you are eating, your face covering must not be placed on the dining table.
Your safety is our number one priority, so we have rolled out floor signage to remind you keep a safe distance from others while shopping.
We have installed hand sanitiser stations, and our cleaning teams will be working harder than ever to help make One New Change a safe place for everybody.
Our stores will have limits on the number of people who can enter.
This may result in the need to queue.
Store opening hours are also subject to change, so please check ahead. Some shops may not be open.
Please check our opening hours for more details of which stores are open and when.
Some of our stores may also only be accepting card payments; please check with them directly.
Please stick to social distancing in the lifts.
Please be thoughtful and give priority lift access to our disabled customers and those with pushchairs.
