Exclusive Macallan Burns Night Supper at Bread Street Kitchen
Enjoy a bespoke four-course menu, exclusively crafted in partnership with Macallan at Bread Street Kitchen. With a Macallan Brand Ambassador and whisky specialist on hand, each course will be perfectly paired with a different Macallan scotch whisky. Start off with a selection of canapés including haggis croquettes, smoked salmon blinis, and wild mushroom and truffle bon bons.
Next tuck into traditional Cullen Skink (a traditional Scottish soup style dish), paired with a rich gold coloured Sherry Cask whisky with notes of vanilla, ginger, and wood smoke. Feast on a traditional haggis with a twist, combined with a venison loin, to create their special Highland Venison & Haggis Wellington with a Macallan whisky sauce.
Finish off with Clootie pudding with custard and a selection of Scottish cheese alongside a Macallan 'Old Fashioned' cocktail.
