Gap has been a pioneer for inclusivity and equality since 1969. Celebrating individuality is part of Gap's DNA. This Pride month, Gap puts the spotlight on six fearless individuals, with their ‘___ and Proud campaign’, who are owning their narrative and sharing what they are PROUD to be.
The Body Shop
This Pride, The Body Shop is doing more than celebrating. They're raising their voices to bring LGBTQ+ issues to light – speaking out loud and to make change. "We see you. We stand with you. We support you." Their curated Pride range features products like the Speak Up lip gloss and the Paint in Colour Eyeshadow Palette. Pop in and pick up something special to show solidarity.
In support of the LGBTQIA+ community and Pride 2021, H&M launched its interactive 'Beyond the Rainbow' campaign, telling individual stories and encouraging people to share their own. Customers and fans can access the stories in the campaign by scanning any rainbow flag. H&M is donating $100,000 to UN Free & Equal, which champions equal rights and fair treatment of the worldwide LGBTQIA+ community.
This limited editon Pride T-Shirt features the AllSaints signature on the chest, with the colours of the rainbow behind. £10 from the sale of every t-shirt will go to Kaleidoscope Trust, a charity that works to uphold the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people internationally.
For Pride 2021, Sweaty Betty is amplifying voices from LGBTQ+ communities, sharing their stories of how movement has given them confidence, strength, and a source of non-stop support. They also have a small, limited edition Pride capsule collection consisting of some of the Sweaty Betty’s most-loved items, with the iconic Pride rainbow subtly featured in the designs. Sweaty Betty will be donating £30k/$40k from the Pride collection to the Sweaty Betty Foundation, to help young LGBTQ+ people get active.
