Replenish your body, try something new, or kickstart the year with these tasty dishes for Veganuary.
Starters include roasted ironbark pumpkin soup, toasted hazelnuts and truffle oil, a superfood salad served with avocado, kale, cucumber and nuts or heritage beetroot with toasted hazelnuts and balsamic vinegar.
Other plant-based mains include a brand new Beet Wellington, a vegan take on Bread Street Kitchen's signature dish served with a beetroot gel and vegan jus, and a wild mushroom and truffle risotto.
Alternatively, opt for the special vegan pizza including charred aubergine, toasted pine nuts, pesto and tomato sauce, available on both Bread Street Kitchen and Street Pizza menus.
For dessert, why not finish off with Gordon’s chocolate avocado and almond mousse, banana sundae served with walnuts and maple syrup, or pineapple carpaccio.
