Get your workout on this year with a little help from the fitness gurus over at Sweaty Betty
In a post-Prosecco, too-much-turkey slump? Aren’t we all! Thankfully the team at Sweaty Betty are on-hand to help spark your 2017 health kick with their #31DaystoFit.
They've teamed up with their favourite studios, wellness experts and fitness gurus to make you feel like the best version of yourself in 31 days. You can find out more and discover the daily challenges on the Sweaty Betty website.
If you're looking for regular sociable fitness opportunities, there’s a post-work running club on Mondays from 6.16pm. With a steady pace that will help you up your cardio levels while taking in the sights of London, the route is typically a 5K run from the One New Change store along the river.
For a midweek boost, try the 60-minute Wednesday morning flow yoga class. There's room for 15 or so mats in the store and it's perfect for all abilities. You can book online here up to a week before each class.
