You'll want to tuck straight in to these two new vegan dishes that have just landed at Pho. The Com Tam Rang is spicy rice packed with wok-fried shiitake mushrooms, courgettes, chillis, thai basil and a sprinkling of fresh herbs, it's perfect for a nutritious lunch or a light and delicious dinner. Meanwhile, the Com Tam Dac Biet is a bowl full of soul. A colourful dish, this rice bowl is packed full of tofu and veg, then topped with wok-fried Chinese leaf, radish, cucumber and pickles, before being finished off with peanuts, herbs and fresh chillies.
And finish with a treat
Wash it all down with a Beavertown’s popular Neck Oil IPA or a fruity Aspall’s Peacock Apple Cider, which are new drinks just added to the menu. For dessert, feast your eyes on this amazing, freshly cooked pandan waffle, which is served with ice cream and fresh mint - the perfect choice for those summer days which are just around the corner!
