A Day in the Life at One New Change London
Spending the day near St Paul’s, and in need of some recommendations? We’ve put together a day in the life around One New Change London that will take you from early morning to late-night fun.
9am, travel and coffee
Whether you work in the area or you’re spending the weekend out and about in London, One New Change is easily accessible by public transport. Eleven underground and overground stations are within a 10-minute walk of One New Change, including St Paul’s, Farringdon, and Liverpool Street.
Start your day with a pick-me-up. Get your daily caffeine fix and treat yourself to a Krispy Kreme doughnut. We won’t tell if you don’t!
Now you’re ready to face the day, whether you’re heading into the office or you’re planning a day of retail therapy.
1pm, lunch and shopping
Okay, you’ve spent a few hours shopping for wedding outfits at Hackett and Hobbs, and picked up a few essentials from H&M. You might even pick up a pair of Sweaty Betty leggings and exchange your Zara parcel while you’re here.
Now it’s time for lunch! Grab a flavour-packed salad from Urban Greens, with all ingredients sourced locally and hand-selected for freshness. Or opt for a falafel bowl or chicken schnitzel wrap from Garbanzos, who offer the perfect fresh, authentic Mediterranean food for lunch.

3pm, see the cathedral
Got some time to kill in the afternoon? A visit to the iconic St Paul’s Cathedral can’t be overlooked. Visit the famed Whispering Gallery, a circular promenade 30m above the ground in the base of the dome. Its unique design means even the quietest whisper will be carried along the curved wall, and can be heard all the way at the opposite side.
If you’re feeling up to it, climb the 528 steps to the top of the dome where you’ll find spectacular views across London!
6pm, dinner
After all that walking, you’ll be looking for somewhere to unwind. How about meeting friends for dinner at One New Change? If bottomless pizza for £18 sounds up your street, check out Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza and round it off with negroni ice cream and impressive cocktails. If burgers are more your thing, their sister restaurant Street Burger offers signature burgers in a combo meal for £18.
A special occasion might take you to The Ivy Asia, with panoramic views over St Paul’s Cathedral. Delicious Asian-inspired dishes will make this an experience you won’t forget. Or, if you need to keep it simple for a bigger group, opt for a crowd-pleaser like Nando’s.
8pm, cocktails with a view
Why not finish your night off with a few cocktails up on the spectacular Madison roof terrace? Inspired by Manhattan, with regular live musicians and DJs, you'll find an unforgettable atmosphere where you can enjoy cocktails like Summer Sunset or Sun-Kissed Orchard Fizz. Or take in the unrivalled views of the London skyline while you sip a crisp Aperol Spritz.
If you’re not ready for the fun to end, head to the F1 Arcade for a one-of-a-kind experience, where you can feel the adrenaline and get behind the wheel of an F1 racing car. Race your friends head-to-head or in teams with the simulator placing you on world-famous tracks. But racing isn’t the only game available – test your reaction times with React, where speedy responses and quick hand-eye coordination wins.
Sit back and relax with delicious food and drinks menus, including handy packages available for bookings of more than six people. Enjoy classic beers and wines, or sample themed cocktails like the Formation Lap, the Slipstreamer, or the Undertake. Even if you’re not F1-crazy, this is a night out not to be missed. Open until 1am Thursday – Saturday and 11pm every other day, it’s your choice when you decide to call it a night.
